We primarily help residents in South Dakota, North Dakota, Iowa, Minnesota, and Nebraska.  We also have affiliated licensed agents in most other states.

Once you enroll in one of these state‐approved programs, you are guaranteed to receive a check at the first‐ever diagnosis of up to 21 covered critical illnesses.  Some of the covered illnesses include - Cancer, Heart Attack, Stroke, Kidney Failure, Alzheimer's, Major Organ Transplant,  Major Burns, Coma, Paralysis, and
more.  When you enroll, you will select a benefit between $5,000 to $500,000, and you can use the benefit payment for anything – your mortgage, auto loan, credit card payments, medical costs, advanced treatments, your lost income, spouse's lost income, or anything else.

Our simple enrollment can be done over the phone, mail, or face‐to‐face. Up to age 65 can apply.  There are certain basic qualifications, so make sure you lock in coverage right away, because people who have already experienced a critical illness are not eligible for this first‐ever diagnosis type of coverage.

Our affordable critical illness insurance plans will give you the full lump sum check upon diagnosis of a covered condition, and you can use the money however you need.

We may recommend a variety of options, but one of the nation's most well respected Critical Illness products comes from Assurity Life - a trusted name for over 120 years.
